Refund/Returns Requirements:

UK customers can return online orders within 30 days of delivery by submitting a return through our returns portal and sending items back within a further 30 days, provided items are unworn and in original condition with tags attached; refunds are processed within 30 days of receipt, with timing dependent on your bank, a £3.99 refund processing fee deducted, and faulty or incorrect items eligible for a full refund within 30 days.

All items purchased on this website must be returned exclusively to our designated return portals. Returns cannot and will not be accepted at the USA branch, as it operates independently from us. They are Ed Hardy Originals. Any items sent to the USA branch will not be processed or returned to the customer and no refunds will be issued from our side on USA returns. Please follow the return instructions provided to ensure your return is handled efficiently.

Return Guidelines:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, with tags attached and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment or store credit as per your preference. You can even do an exchange!
  • For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g. pierced jewellery) can only be returned if the hygiene seal is intact.
  • Sale items are eligible for returns unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
